To access certain features of the Services, including student and instructor dashboards, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, features, and functionality on the DevLane platform—including but not limited to lectures, course curriculum, code repositories, videos, certificates, texts, graphics, logos, and UI designs—are the exclusive property of DevLane or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access courses solely for personal, learning purposes.

4. Code of Conduct & Platform Guidelines

Users are expected to engage respectfully within the DevLane community. You agree not to:

  • Submit or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
  • Use the Services to scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization.
  • Violate academic integrity, such as sharing quiz answers, certificate numbers, or proprietary course assets outside the platform.
  • Attempt to breach or bypass any security or authentication measures.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Certain services or premium courses may require payment. You agree to provide valid billing information. Payments are processed securely via our trusted payment gateways. All purchases are subject to our specific course refund policies, which are detailed at checkout. DevLane reserves the right to modify pricing or introduction discounts at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevLane and its affiliates, directors, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access or inability to access the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
